When I began building PropMe.ai under SparkQuest, the goal was simple; to create the fastest, most natural way for real estate agents to turn photos into professional video walkthroughs without cameras, editing, or outsourcing.

What started as a prototype in a no-code stack evolved into a full production pipeline that blends AI video synthesis, voice cloning, and scene-aware automation to produce videos that look filmed, not animated.

The Problem

Real estate agencies spend thousands filming properties that go off-market within weeks. Meanwhile, “AI video” tools flooding social media often just animate slideshows. They lack realism, presence, and most importantly, human connection.

PropMe solves this gap, giving agents a presenter-led walkthrough that looks and sounds authentic, while being created entirely from their existing listing photos.

The Build

The entire system was built through SparkQuest’s modular incubation model. It connects rapid prototyping, automation, and scalable infrastructure in a single framework.

Each layer of PropMe was designed to handle a key part of the process:

• Frontend: A clean, guided interface that lets agents upload photos, select tone, and preview results.
• Backend: A secure environment that manages data, purchases, and delivery.
• Automation: A custom workflow that handles image processing, timing, and rendering logic.
• Media Engine: A synthesis layer that brings the presenter, script, and visuals together into one seamless video.

Every property run through the system automatically generates a voice-matched presenter, soundtrack, and pacing based on the home’s layout and description without any manual editing.

The Results

What used to take days now happens in under 20 minutes. Agencies testing PropMe report a 4x uplift in enquiries compared to listings with static photos alone. Each video costs less than 5% of a traditional shoot and requires zero scheduling.

Early adopters include boutique agencies and Airbnb hosts looking to stand out on booking platforms.
